Another foodie movie that I really enjoyed. It was allegedly filmed by an amateur. Its thesis is that fast food is not addictive and can’t make you fat. Animal fat, it states, doesn’t make one fat, nor does it increase your bad cholesterol ratio, which is itself a non health concern. It states that sugar is the enemy, which is all foods with a high glycemic value (the speed in which the body converts the carb into glucose). It states that the lipid hypothesis is junk science, where the data was made to fit the theory. In short, it is there to support the Big Agra business, which in turn creates a huge load of problems and supports Big Pharma, which in turn grows big government. A self promoting circle to spread fear and money, lots of it. This is more of a scam than a psyOp, but the result is the same. You’re sicker and poorer.
So how does my food computer compile this latest information?
Well, I’m going to stick with eating as much local raw as possible. I will continue to supplement that with one green drink 600ml a day (homemade with my juicer-http://amzn.to/RsoDkX). I will still eat limited dairy, and use raw milk. I’ll eat meat as a treat, not as a staple (its price has gone up at least 10% in the last year anyway). I’ll eat ancient grains, sweet potatoes, and lentils. I’ll keep watching the rocking hot raw chicks for ideas, Freelea and Kristina.
I’ll continue to stay away from all wheat as much as possible. I’ll continue to hydrate with apple cider vinegar water.
Even with all the advice from these foodie movies, it’s difficult to sort the wheat from the chaff, but I’m trying.
